We discovered a small patch of mould on our dining room wall. Having looked on the internet, we found Dampair situated locally in the midlands. We arranged a site visit within a couple of days, decided on the best course of action, which was a PIV ventilation unit in the loft. A mutually convenient date for fitting was arranged where the engineer turned up, on time, and fitted the unit with the minimum of fuss, and no mess, within 2 hours. Payment was arranged and all certification provided, two weeks from initial contact to completion of the work. The results have been noticed immediately, no window condensation and after less than a week, have cleaned the wallpaper where the mould had been without leaving any marks. Brilliant.
